I’ve only had this happen to me once before, and it was traumatizing enough the first time. Never thought I’d have to live through it again, but sure enough it happened. The blonde lady who first of all didn’t seem to know how to have a good attitude or how to work the register also clearly didn’t know how to cut hair. She cut my hair entire INCHES TOO SHORT IN THE BACK. I look like a 90 year old who just can’t grow much of anything back there anymore. She also chopped off my sideburns COMPLETELY which adds to the elderly look (by the way I’m only 18, so thanks!). And to top it off my neck wasn’t even shaved completely. Would you like to see a picture? Thanks for forcing me to staple a backwards hat on for the next four months while the back of my head has to go through multiple awkward stages to grow the hair back. I hope you fire that lady and I hope she remembers me (the kid from Eastman). I wish I realized what she had done while I was there but somehow I didn’t. Never coming back. Overpriced lousy service with a long wait which I refuse to deal with anymore.

My son got his haircut today. And it was way way too short. After telling the stylist what he wanted she went ahead and did the opposite we said to trim the top with scissors but to use # 4 clippers on the side and back . She used clippers on his entire head of hair and it was too late to be fixed! To may things worse she had no idea how to check us out and charge us properly without 100% help. We will not be back!
