I worked here for 11 months and the manager fought me on proper sanitation and disinfection of tools. To be clear- she does NOT prewash or pre clean the tools in hot soapy water and instead pours dirty combs, hair and debris directly into the disinfectant. I reported them to the state after she wrote me up for “not following sport clips way” even though the official sport clips way is my way, not hers. Looking forward to the State serving these clowns but seriously don’t go here they don’t properly disinfect their combs (I always did but was the only one)

The call in system does not work. It showed a 0 min wait. I showed up and signed in per the yell from the back. Only one in the waiting room, several people came in and went back first. Finally, I was able to ask how long when a client was being checked out. She stated over an hour. The system and the staff do not tell you how long your wait will be when you check in. Find another chain or barber.

I have been coming here for 10 years. Today I will never return and give my money to another competing hair cut service. I sat down and the stylist Erin was the worst stylist I have ever experienced in my time at Sports Clips. I left the chair immediately and walked out, in 10 years with Suzy, Laurie, Misty and others I have never walked out without getting any service. Erin was the stylist on 12-15-2021, her attitude was terrible and especially with discussing with me my hair cut. Kept stroking my ear and saying did I want the hair cut around it or keep it short, I said normally I got a 2 and then cut me off and said okay that won't matter then. When I had inquired about getting and holding the mask since they were so concerned about the mandate oh no I have to charge you and I'd get written up etc just negative attitude, I have never been charged before when running the clipper on the face to get rid of the facial hair. Didn't even bother to apologize or even attempt tp try and salvage the hair cutting. The owner of this franchise should reconsider her employment at this sports clip because the attitude isn't welcome. If I could give 0.5 stars I would. Just terrible. Just completely terrible. And honestly anyone attempting to think about giving sports clip your business, give it to some other business. Again a 10year plus customer who has never had a terrible experience until I encountered Erin. No thanks Avoid Give money to someone else who gives a crap.
